The admin platform shaped to your industry

Run the business
on one system.

One platform for customers, money, jobs, and the team — configured during onboarding to your trade, not bolted on from a generic SaaS the salesman trimmed down to fit.

Why BusinessAdminPro

Built for your trade. Not for everyone in general.

Most business software was built generic and sold to every industry the same way. We built the opposite — designed from day one to be reshaped for each operator's specific trade during onboarding.

01
Shaped to your industry.

Most business software ships as a generic shell and asks you to bend your operation around it. We build the opposite — your modules are configured during onboarding to your trade's terminology, workflows, and templates. By go-live, the platform looks like it was built for you.

02
One platform. One renewal.

Today's SMB runs on a patchwork — one tool for invoicing, another for scheduling, another for CRM, a fourth for payroll, a fifth for reviews. We replace the patchwork. One login, one audit trail, one renewal.

03
Designed for the operator, not the enterprise.

Most software is built for buyers — corporate IT, a finance committee, a change-management board. We designed for the person who actually runs the shop. Every workflow assumes a small team where the owner is also the dispatcher.

04
You'll talk to the people who built it.

The same small team writes the software, runs your industry-tailored rollout, and answers the phone. No tier-one queue. No offshore handoff. When you call, the person who wrote the code is the person who picks up.

17 modules

Everything you run the business with. In one place.

One login, one role system, one audit trail, one search bar — across every module. Every module configured to your industry during onboarding. Start with what you need today; turn on the rest as you grow.

Customers

Where the work starts, and where the relationship lives.

Every dollar in, every dollar out, reconciled.

A look inside

Built for the operator, not the corporate buyer.

Common questions

The eight we hear on every first call.

The industry-specific ones — your trade's licensing, your state's rules, the legacy software you're stuck on — we answer those on the demo.

01 Do you work with my industry? +
If you have customers, money, jobs, and a team, the answer is almost certainly yes. We've shaped the platform for home services, professional services, retail and food, and the trades. Onboarding configures every module to your trade's terminology, fields, and workflows — by go-live the platform looks like it was built for you.
02 What modules do most businesses start with? +
Most start with the six or seven they touch every day: Leads, Quotes, Jobs, Invoicing, Payments, Bookkeeping, and the Customer Portal. The rest get turned on as you outgrow whatever you're using now.
03 You're a young company — how do I vet you? +
Fair question, and one we welcome. BusinessAdminPro is founder-led and engineer-staffed: the same small team builds the software, runs your industry-tailored rollout, and answers the phone. References will be available as our customer base grows; until then, the discovery call includes a live walkthrough of the actual product so you can see what you're buying. Contracts are written so you can walk away with your data, fully exportable, in a single clause.
04 What happens to my existing data? +
Migration paths exist for QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, HubSpot, and generic CSV/Excel. Migration runs in staging first; you sign off before cutover.
05 Who owns my data? +
You do — exclusively. The data model is documented, exports are one click, and your contract terminates with a single clause: we hand you a final encrypted dump and walk away.
06 How does the customer portal work? +
Branded on your domain at account.yourbusiness.com (or embedded on your existing site). Customers see invoices, pay online, book follow-ups, message your office, and download signed contracts. Cuts the inbound calls that aren't billable.
07 What about payment processing — do you lock me into a processor? +
No. We integrate with the most common acquirers (Stripe, Square, Clover, Authorize.Net, Helcim, your bank's merchant services) and route to whichever you already use. You keep your processor relationship; we add the layer that ties payments to the rest of your operation.
08 What does setup look like? +
A 30-minute discovery call, a written quote within one business day, a kickoff meeting, and then we run point on migration and industry-tailored configuration. Most operators are live in three to six weeks.
