01 Does the portal live on my website or on a separate URL? +
Either. The default is `account.yourbusiness.com` with your branding. If you want a tab on your existing marketing site, we drop in an embed. The branded subdomain is faster to set up.
02 Can customers book without an account? +
Yes for first-time bookings — they pay or book first, an account is created automatically with a magic link to the email they gave you. No "create an account" friction on the first interaction.
03 What if a customer wants to talk to a person, not the portal? +
The portal complements the phone, it doesn't replace it. Most operators see portal usage cut inbound calls by 30–50% within a quarter — the calls that remain are higher-value. The phone still works exactly as before.
