01 How does the on-the-way notification work? +
When the assigned crew taps "on the way" from the job record, the customer gets an SMS with a tracking link that shows the truck's live ETA based on traffic. The link is read-only and expires when the crew arrives. Cuts "are they coming?" calls noticeably.
02 Can I schedule recurring service contracts a year in advance? +
Yes. Annual mowing, monthly cleaning, quarterly HVAC service — define the cadence once and the schedule populates for the contract term. The customer sees their full year on the portal; you see each appointment in your dispatch view.
03 What about crews with specific certifications a job requires? +
Crew records carry certifications (HVAC EPA 608, electrical journeyman, ServSafe, etc.) with expiration dates. The scheduler refuses to assign a crew to a job type they aren't credentialed for, and warns when a required cert is within 30 days of expiring.
