01 Are there per-user fees? +
No. Every tier includes the team-size band shown. Pricing is based on team size, not on how many features you turn on.
02 Can we change tiers mid-contract? +
Yes. If your team grows or you want to add modules above your tier limit, we move you up and prorate the difference. Tier downgrades happen at renewal.
03 Does the price increase year over year? +
Annual contracts hold their price for the full term. Multi-year contracts include a fixed, written-in escalator — never a surprise at renewal.
04 What about implementation and migration costs? +
Migration is flat-rate by source vendor (QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Jobber, etc.) and quoted up front. Industry-tailored onboarding is included in every tier — most operators are live in three to six weeks.
05 Are there transaction fees on payments? +
Not from us. You pay your payment processor's interchange + processor fee (whatever you've negotiated); we don't add a markup. That's the point of being processor-agnostic.
06 What happens if we cancel? +
Your contract terminates with a single clause: we hand you a complete encrypted export of every record, document, audit log, and configuration. The data model is documented; you can move to anything that reads JSON, or run it yourself.
