Stock-on-hand view with low-stock warnings, reorder drafts, and the truck-stock variance report.

Inventory configured for your stock model — SKUs for retail, parts for trades, ingredients for kitchens, supplies for service businesses. Stock counts adjust automatically as items consume on jobs or sell at the counter. Low-stock alerts trigger reorder drafts to the right vendor. Per-job material consumption ties straight into the job's margin report so you know which jobs are eating your stock.

Common questions

Inventory & parts — answered.

The questions we hear most when operators are evaluating this module. Anything specific to your industry, your state, or your existing vendor — we'll answer on the discovery call.

01 Can I track truck stock separately from the warehouse? +
Yes. Each truck is a stock location with its own on-hand counts and reorder thresholds. Transfers between warehouse and trucks track shrinkage; end-of-week truck counts catch missing inventory before it becomes a quarterly write-off.
02 What if I don't have SKUs — I run a restaurant? +
Inventory is configured per-tenant. A restaurant tracks ingredients in their measure-of-use (lbs of ground beef, cases of tomato sauce) with par levels and waste capture. A plumber tracks parts. A retail shop tracks SKUs. Same module, different shape.
03 How does cycle counting work? +
Pick a section (or a zone, or a vendor's products), the system generates a count sheet on the team's phone, count, submit. Variances flag for review. Most operators run a small cycle count weekly rather than a quarterly all-night shutdown.
