What we collect. What we don't.

This notice covers the public marketing site at businessadminpro.com, operated by Mehrutherm LLC (opens in new tab) (the company behind the BusinessAdminPro product). The BusinessAdminPro product itself — the software your business runs on — has its own data-handling commitments described on the Security page and in your service contract. This page is about the marketing site only.

What we collect on this site

The contact form. When you submit the form at /contact, we receive the fields you fill in (name, email, optional phone, role, business name, industry, team size, and any message). We use these to reply to your inquiry and to discuss whether BusinessAdminPro is a fit for your business. That's it.

Server logs. Like every web server, our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs that include IP address, user agent, and the page requested. These are used to diagnose errors and detect abuse, then discarded.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-respecting by design: no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no individual tracking. We see aggregate traffic patterns (popular pages, referrers, country-level location) but not individual visitors.

What we don't collect

  • No advertising or third-party tracking pixels.
  • No analytics cookies. No persistent identifiers in your browser at all.
  • No remarketing lists. Visiting our site does not add you to any ad-targeting audience anywhere.
  • We do not sell, syndicate, or share data from this site with anyone — under any business model.

How long we keep what you send

Contact-form submissions are kept in our email inbox until our conversation has clearly concluded. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days and confirm in writing.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you.
  • Correct it if it's wrong.
  • Delete it. (Only marketing-site information; product data is governed by your service contract.)

The product, separately

When a business becomes a BusinessAdminPro customer, the customer records and operational data live in the product, not on this marketing site. Those records are governed by the service contract, the Security page, and the company's standing commitments — summarized here:

  • Customer data is your business's property, exclusively.
  • We do not sell, syndicate, or train AI models on your records.
  • Documented data model, one-click export, and a clean exit clause that returns everything in encrypted form.

Updates

We may update this notice. Material changes will be posted with a new "last updated" date. We won't quietly weaken any commitments described above.
