01 Do you handle benefits administration? +
Through partner integrations rather than in-platform. Health, dental, vision, 401(k) — we connect to providers where you already have a relationship and sync deductions to payroll. We don't try to be a benefits broker.
02 What if my state has unusual employment requirements? +
State-specific requirements (paid sick leave rules, mini-WARN, harassment training, scheduling laws) are configured during onboarding for your state. As regulations change, the platform updates the requirements; you don't need to track legislative sessions.
03 Can my employees see their own info and update it themselves? +
Yes. Each employee has a self-service portal — view pay stubs, update direct deposit, request PTO, update emergency contacts, download W-2s, see their PTO balance. Reduces inbound HR questions to a trickle.
