Common questions

Documents & e-signature — answered.

The questions we hear most when operators are evaluating this module. Anything specific to your industry, your state, or your existing vendor — we'll answer on the discovery call.

01 Is the e-signature legally binding? +
Yes — meets ESIGN Act and UETA requirements. The audit trail captures signer identity (email/SMS verification), document hash, timestamp, and IP. Stands up to the same scrutiny as DocuSign and Adobe Sign signatures.
02 What kinds of documents end up here? +
Insurance COIs from subcontractors. Customer contracts and signed change orders. Vendor MSAs. Vehicle titles, registrations, and insurance cards. Employee handbooks, signed acknowledgments, certifications. Equipment warranties, manuals, and service records. Lease agreements. Anything in a manila folder today.
03 How do expiration reminders work? +
Tag a document with an expiration date — the platform notifies the right person 90/60/30 days before lapse. Insurance COIs from subs are the highest-value use: an expired sub COI on a job site is a liability problem the day after, and the reminder catches it before that happens.
