Lead pipeline with stage columns, follow-up flags, and source-of-business breakdown. Owner view.

Every inquiry — website form, phone call, walk-in, referral — lands as a lead with a source tag and an owner. Stage-based pipeline (new, contacted, quoted, won, lost) configured to your sales process, not a generic one. Reminders nudge you when a lead has gone quiet so deals don't slip through email. Closed-won leads flip into a customer record with the quote, the job, and the invoicing already wired up.

Common questions

Leads & CRM — answered.

The questions we hear most when operators are evaluating this module. Anything specific to your industry, your state, or your existing vendor — we'll answer on the discovery call.

01 Do I have to use this like a traditional CRM with daily logging? +
No. The pipeline updates itself from what already happens — a quote sent moves the lead to Quoted, a job booked moves it to Won. You log only when you want notes. Most operators touch it twice a week, not twice a day.
02 Can leads be captured from my existing website? +
Yes. A single embed snippet on your site sends form submissions in. Phone leads can come in from call tracking; text leads from your business SMS line. We configure the integrations during onboarding.
03 What if my sales process is unusual? +
Pipeline stages are configurable per-tenant. A roofer's pipeline (lead → inspection → estimate → contract → scheduled) looks nothing like a CPA's (consult → engagement letter → onboarded). We set yours up during onboarding; you adjust it anytime.
04 Does this replace HubSpot or Salesforce? +
For the small operator, yes. We're not trying to be marketing automation. If you need 200 fields per contact and a marketing-attribution waterfall, this isn't the tool. If you need to stop forgetting to call the lead from Tuesday, it is.
